Terms of Service

Welcome to Metch. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ADRT GROUP LTD, the company that operates Metch ("Metch", "we", "us"), about your use of the Metch mobile app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use Metch

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is meant for people looking for work in the United States.

2. What Metch does

Metch is a job search assistant powered by artificial intelligence (AI). It helps you find job listings, explains how a job may fit you, helps you write and tailor resumes, lets you practice interviews, and sends reminders and alerts.

  • Job listings come from third party sources. We don't employ you, we aren't the employer, and we don't control listings, their accuracy, or whether a job is still open.
  • You apply to jobs on the employer's or job source's own website. Metch doesn't submit applications for you unless a feature clearly says so and you approve it.
  • Metch doesn't guarantee that you'll get an interview, an offer, or a job, or any particular pay.

3. AI generated content

Some content in Metch is generated by AI, including chat replies, fit explanations, resumes, and interview feedback. AI can make mistakes. Review everything before you use it, especially resumes and anything you send to an employer. You are responsible for making sure that what you submit to employers is true and accurate. Metch is designed not to add experience, licenses, or certifications you haven't confirmed, but you must check the final result.

4. Your account

You sign in with your email address. Keep access to your email secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at support@metch.co.il if you think someone else is using it.

5. Subscriptions and payments

  • Metch offers a free plan with limits and paid subscriptions ("Pro"). Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you buy.
  • Subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are billed by them to your App Store or Google Play account.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or every 3 months) at the then current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • If a free trial is offered, you won't be charged until the trial ends; cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Introductory or launch prices may be offered for a limited time.
  • Usage limits (for example, messages per day) apply to each plan and are shown in the app.

6. Your content

"Your content" means what you give us, such as your resume, answers, messages, and voice recordings. You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to use it only to provide, maintain, and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, or fraudulent, or to create false or misleading applications;
  • harass, threaten, or abuse anyone, including employers;
  • try to access other people's accounts or data, or interfere with or overload the Service;
  • copy, scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
  • try to get around usage limits, safety measures, or content filters.

We may limit, suspend, or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Third party services

The Service links to job sources and employer websites and relies on third party providers (for example, app stores and AI providers). We aren't responsible for third party websites, listings, or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Changes and ending the Service

We may change, add, or remove features. We may update these Terms; if the changes are significant, we'll let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Profile > Settings.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that listings or AI generated content are accurate or complete.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Metch won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, wages, or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you haven't paid anything. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover reasonable losses and costs (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.
