Reach motivated job seekers
across the US

Metchy connects job seekers with listings through an AI agent that explains the fit and prepares the application. We work with job feed providers, ATS platforms and employers.

For job feed providers

  • We ingest XML feeds and APIs several times a day, with validation before anything goes live
  • CPC and CPA models
  • Click quality built in: bot filtering, deduplication and a log for every click
  • Reconciliation against your click reports

For ATS platforms

We're building in app applications with screening questions, delivered straight into your customers' pipelines. If you offer an application API for job boards, we'd like to talk.

For employers

Want your openings in front of job seekers who already fit them? Reach out and we'll explain the options.
